Exchange Policy

We offer size or style exchanges on eligible purchases under the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 2 days of delivery via WhatsApp.
  • The original dress must be returned within 10 days of delivery at the customer's own shipping cost.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will dispatch your requested size or style promptly.
  • Shipping charges for returning the item to us are borne by the customer.
