Exchange:

For exchange, customer has to inform us through mail to returns@princenprincess.in within 3 days after receiving the dress, failing , will not be considered for the exchange.

Mail should contain following details,

1. Order number

2. Reason for exchange

3. Call or WhatsApp and get the confirmation to ship the parcel back to our address.

After confirmation mail , customer has to ship the parcel back to our office address in 7 days.

Once the parcel is received in our office we can ship the product customer requested with the additional shipping cost.

Dress that needs to be exchanged has to be the value equal or higher of the order placeed .

If the dress that needs to be exchanged is higher priced then customer will be sent link or UPI id will be shared to pay the difference amount. Once the shipping amount and difference cost of the dress is received the parcel will be shipped.
