Cancellation, Refund & Exchange


Products can be exchanged after the customer received the product but customer has to ship the product with their own expense to our warehouse. The exchanged product will be shipped free of cost to the customer.

Cancellation and Refund:

Products can be Returned and the customer can get refund for the total amount minus the shipping charge if the order already shipped and its responsibility of the customer to ship the order back to the office address in the same condition with the tag intact. If the order is cancelled before the shipment the full amount will be refunded to the same account that customer used to place order.

Refund will be initiated only after verifying the dress whether its in good and unsed condition with the tag intact. If the returned dress is not in same condition that its shipped then refund will not be initiated.
