Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
To request a cancellation, email us at info@princenprincess.in and WhatsApp us at +91 99527 78217.
If eligible, the refund will be processed within 4 - 7 working days to the same payment account.
Bank processing times may cause additional delays beyond our control.

⚠️ Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please reach out to us immediately if you wish to cancel.

We do not offer returns or refunds except in the case of a damaged or defective product.

A clear unboxing video showing the damage is mandatory to raise a damage claim.
Refund requests without a valid damage video will not be processed.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within the standard processing timeline.

We offer size or style exchanges on eligible purchases under the following conditions:

Exchange requests must be initiated within 2 days of delivery via WhatsApp.
The original dress must be returned within 10 days of delivery at the customer's own shipping cost.
Once received and inspected, we will dispatch your requested size or style promptly.
